We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee may be applied depending on your location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Delays and Issues
If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order due to high demand, bad weather, or any other reason, we will notify you via email or phone.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order. Neoluxes is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal, or absence at delivery), we will reach out to confirm the correct shipping details. Reshipping charges may apply.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
